We are a mental health and Wellbeing support hub based in Bridport, Dorset, providing a friendly, welcoming, informal service.
Our Drop-In offers peer support, information, signposting and a variety of groups and activities for people who are living with a mental health problem or just want to improve their wellbeing.
Our services are for anyone over the age of 18. You dont need a referral. Just drop into our welcoming and friendly space!
