Walking for Men

Informal walks led by Rob in Bridport and the surrounding countryside.

At 2pm every Tuesday a men’s walking group (the MENtal Health Walking Group) meets at the shelter on St Mary’s Playing field, just over the river from Bridport’s Bowling Club.

Coming along is a great way to look after both mind and body. Being out in nature brings great benefits to your mental health.

It’s about simply strolling for a couple of hours through beautiful countryside in the company of other men, having a chat along the way, stopping to take in the views and breathing in the fresh air.
