My name is Nadine and I have been working in the mental health and charitable sector for nearly 14 years and in this time have worked in a variety of roles to include mentor, support worker, trainer, coordinator and charity operations manager. To support my own wellbeing I enjoy long walks with my dog Rafi, star gazing and doing jigsaw puzzles.
