Caroline has worked for The Burrough Harmony Centre since 2016 as Service Manager and has recently taken on the role of Strategy and Development Manager.
Her background is in mental health within the Voluntary Sector starting as a volunteer. She has worked for both large national charities and smaller local community groups for most of her working life. Her work experience has been focused on management and development.
