Our vision is to create a world where no-one feels alone in their struggles and seeking help is a sign of strength.

A friendly, welcoming, informal service offering peer support, information, signposting and a variety of enjoyable groups and activities for local people who are living with a mental health problem.

For anyone reaching a mental health crisis the Community Front Room provides a non judgmental and safe space to talk and be listened to.

No referrals required for our services.

The King's Award for Voluntary Service

The Burrough Harmony Centre based in Bridport have just been awarded The King’s Award for Voluntary Service. This is the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK and is equivalent to an individual receiving an MBE.

Alison Cliffe, Trustee says: “We are delighted that the work our volunteers contribute to the delivery of our services has been recognised. Their involvement in The Burrough Harmony Centre is essential to what we do and they bring an invaluable energy and commitment to this vital community mental health and wellbeing hub”.

At Harmony we offer two main services of support through Harmony's peer support Drop In groups and The Bridport Community Front Room crisis support.
